Returns and Refunds Policy

  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after purchase.
  • Damaged or Expired Products: If you receive a product that is broken during transit or expired on the date of delivery or within 7 days, we offer a full replacement or refund. To initiate a request, please contact our customer support team with relevant details and images via email or phone.
  • Timeframe for Replacement & Refund: All replacement or refund requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
